On the 15th and 29th of March 2012, Pupils of Rolls Crescent Primary School in Hulme took part in a series of workshops using specially updated versions of the I Remember and This Place Is boards.

The fifth group also chose to focus on ways to re-open the disused Hulme Hippodrome, which they look out onto from their class room.

This is one of the first places visited by the Hulme History Society during the I Remember workshop in June 2011.
