Manchester Creative Collective Launch Futuresonic Afterparty May 2009

The MMC Launch at the Future Sonic Afterparty was the first opportunity to take this work to a live public audience and took place at the Mint Lounge in Manchester, hosted by Mind on Fire. The work was featured alongside live music, DJ sets, sculptural installations and visuals by Sketch City and Cycloptic amongst others. The images below show various stages of the projection onto live drawing over the course of the event which spanned approximately 6 hours.

Though the focus of this work is largely on the process of exploring projection and space through live drawing, the image to the right shows the marks that remain when the projector has been switched off.
