Alonedon Underground
I used to spread myself over fields and pour myself between trees
But now I trap myself between buildings full of people
And don’t feel any less lonely.
Pumped through tunnels like the blood of the city
We all stain each other, impatiently waiting our turn.
And every day you see something you feel you shouldn’t really be looking at
And every day you feel a way you don’t want anyone else to know.
This train terminates here.
All change please.
