The Hulme History Society Workshop
On August 9th and 16th 2012, members of Hulme History Society met at Z-arts in Hulme to participate in a This Place Is workshop. On the 9th, there was a brief introduction to the project and the first few pages were completed in the booklets. In the second week, people brought images in and began to include visual references and illustrations. They also enjoyed sharing stories about their chosen places. Many participants felt they still had some finishing touches to make so took their booklets home. More contributions will be added here in the coming weeks. |
